We had an outstanding dinner here. For our primi piatti we had Tagliolini con zucchine e petto d’oca (Tagliolini with zucchini and goose breast) - delicious. For our secondi we chose Maialino de latte al forno (Suckling pig), which is one of our favourite dishes. This version was cooked to perfection - highly recommend. Dolci was a superb soufflé di pistacchio as well as a generous serving of gelato al fior di latte. All this for €50 for two people (*no wine this evening, just two litres of sparkling water. Great value for an outstanding dinner- highly recommend.

Il menù offre un’ottima varietà di piatti tipici della tradizione locale, preparati con cura e sapienza. Si vede che c’è passione e conoscenza dietro ogni portata. L’atmosfera è quella genuina di un locale a conduzione famigliare, dove ti senti accolto come a casa. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, il che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca la cucina autentica a prezzi onesti, in un ambiente caldo e accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente!
Delicious food and wine and very friendly staff! We’re walking the Via Francegena towards Rome but walked one stretch backwards just so that we could eat here twice for lunch The menu was very extensive and completely different both days! Excellent value for money too, will definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.
